​​​Pitch Fees - for a fully serviced (water, ehu & grey waste) hard standing pitch and up to 2 adults

Single night  - £23.50 plus electric.

​

Two nights or more - £22.00 per night plus electric.

​

Additional adults - £3/person/night up to a maximum of 4 adults per unit.

Electricity

​

We charge separately for all electric (16 amp) used as this puts you in charge of how much you spend on electricity during your stay.  You may decide to rely on solar panels and gas and not use electricity at all.  This is a fairer way of charging which means those who use little electric are not subsidising those who use lots.

​

All electricity is metered and charged for separately, at our energy supplier's variable rate tariff, at the time of your stay - to be paid for prior to departure.  Full details will be included in your pre-arrival email.

From 1st April 2026 - 0.23p/kWh

Please note: If you have booked/are booking with us for later in the year, please check back here for the price/kWh relevant to the time of your stay.

 

​Deposits & Payment Information

 

• One or two night stays = full payment at point of booking

• Bookings of 3+ nights = a deposit, at point of booking, equivalent to two nights or 30% of the total fee, whichever is the greater

• Bookings within 14 days of arrival = full payment at point of booking

• Any outstanding balance of pitch fees = payable 14 days before arrival

Booking Information

​

• You must be a member of the Caravan & Motorhome Club to stay with us and you will be asked to provide a valid membership number as part of our booking process.

• All bookings are provisional until membership has been verified.

• If you proceed to book without a valid membership number and we have to cancel your booking, we will refund any monies paid less any card transaction fees we have incurred. 

• You can join the Caravan & Motorhome Club here and instantly receive a membership number, allowing you to book.

• All bookings are confirmed by email - please check your spam folder if you think you haven't received confirmation.

Dogs & awnings - We do not charge for awnings or dogs.  Please note, we cannot accommodate garden style dog enclosures on any of our pitches.

 

Bank Holidays - There is a minimum stay (or pay for) of 3 nights for all Bank Holidays.   

​

​Late departures - If you would like to guarantee a late departure please book an additional night's stay which will allow you to remain on your pitch into the evening if you wish.

​

Specific pitch requests - As we often have back-to-back bookings, pitch availability depends entirely on which pitch is vacated on the day of your arrival and we are unable to guarantee a specific pitch.

Multiple pitch bookings - If you would like to book two or more pitches please contact us to ensure we have more than one pitch available for your dates.​
