Cancellation Policy


By making a booking and paying your deposit you signify your agreement with this Cancellation Policy.


Please note:  Events such as vehicle breakdown/repair, illness or injury (you/family member) or inclement weather etc. which may result in delayed arrival, curtailment or cancellation of your stay are not the responsibility of Skybarn Farm CL and therefore we advise you to seek appropriate travel insurance.

Refunds are offered on the following basis:


If you cancel your booking 15 days or more before arrival date: – we will refund the amount already paid, by bank transfer or to the card used for online payment less a £15 administration fee. 


If you amend your booking 15 days or more before arrival date: – The amount already paid may be rolled forward once to an alternative date within 12 months of your cancellation day and subject to availability or you may opt for a credit voucher valid for 12 months from your cancellation day. 


If you cancel or amend your booking 14 days or less before arrival including arrival day: – the pitch fees you have already paid will only be refunded or transferred to alternative dates for nights we are able to re-let the pitch to another member, less a £30 administration fee.  The same applies for late arrival, early departure and any nights not used. 


If you have to cancel your booking please do so as early as possible via email to  Your booking is only cancelled once you have received a 'confirmation of cancellation' email from us.  If you do not receive a 'confirmation of cancellation' email from us within 48 hours please contact us again as we have not received your message and you may still be liable for payment.

If we cancel your booking* prior to your arrival we will refund in full any payments you have already made or issue you with a credit voucher towards a future booking.

*As part of the booking process you will be asked to provide a valid membership number for the Caravan & Motorhome Club.  If you proceed to book without a valid membership number and we have to cancel your booking, we will refund any monies paid less any credit card transaction fees we have incurred.
