We just stayed one night on our way back from Yorkshire to Northamptonshire. Really lovely site with plenty of room for each pitch and EHU. I felt safe, secure and private. The site is dog friendly and there is a really nice walk signposted from the site.
I was really impressed with the effort that has gone into making each stay really enjoyable. The communication from the owners was excellent - including a digital guide book, which is really helpful. There is also an information hut on the site with leaflets, books and even chairs to borrow.
It was great to meet Nicola and hear about the farm and learn about the crops.
I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed for 4 nights In my motorhome and it was most enjoyable. The owners seem to have thought of every requirement for touring holiday makers. Very sociable and polite definitely going to return. Well recommended

A return visit for us, a last minute decision, booked on Saturday, arrived on Monday! A lovely laid out site with plenty of room on each pitch, great views across the fields. The information that Nicola provides is massive with all the local things going on and where to visit, where to eat and great days out. My husband and I decided that next time we visit we will have to make it a longer break as there is so much to see and do, very easy to get into both Lincoln and Newark.

We were looking for a CL that would give us access to Lincoln, good nights sleep and a dog walk from the site and we achieved all three. We drove to the park and ride and visited the cathedral and surrounding areas and picked up some shopping on the way home which was a bonus. The dog walk around the fields was awesome and there is a seat halfway round to sit and admire the view. Some traffic noise from the A46 but it didn't spoil our evenings. Easy access via a secured gate and met on arrival by Nicole who explained everything, special mention of her app which contains everything you could need for your stay which is brilliant and possibly unique. Would not hesitate to return.

We stayed at Skybarn Farm for 8 nights and weren't disappointed, except maybe that the weather didn't perform and give us such glorious days as shown in the pictures. That aside, we are caravanners after all, it is well located for visiting all sorts of attractions, the cycling is excellent, plenty of minor roads and small villages to explore. If airfields are your thing there are numerous and the Newark Air Museum is worth a visit even if aeroplanes don't interest you much. The site is quiet, unless the wind blows from the north and then the sound of the A46 can be heard although it doesn't disturb at night. Good access, secure gates, information hut, good size hardstanding with water, waste and ehu a worthy candidate for CL of the year 2024. Oh and very welcoming owners!

What a Lovely site..! Set in a Beautiful Location. We booked on for 8 nights and it went far to quickly. We were greeted by Nicola and she also made a point to come and say goodbye. Thankyou so much can't wait to come back.. 😃

Lovely for a MOHO stopover. Welcoming and pristine.

Easy to find good secure entry/exit gate with good walks on and off site. And if you’re lucky you’ll get a red arrows treat for free… owners were a delight and worked to maintain the sites standards. Long or overnight stops work equally well.

Had a lovely stay! Sadly only one night was available but it is a beautiful site.
Really lovely information hut with dvds and books to borrow.
Huge size pitches fully serviced and easy to put up awning.

Have just returned from a long weekend stay 26th july What a loverly site,great welcome from Nicola all the information you need sent to you prior to setting off which is very useful and has its own app Everything you need is there for you good size pitches all hardstanding with all services on the pitch First time with pay as you use electricity which was easy to use Coded gate entrance keeps site safe the weather was fantastic as well Good access to Lincoln Enjoyed our stay and will happily come again Peter/Karen
