This site was our base for the weekend to see our daughter who is studying at Lincoln University and it's a great little hidden gem. Minutes away from Lincoln centre yet far away to be completely rural. All pitches are serviced and hard standing. Spotlessly clean well maintained a credit to the owner. We will definitely be returning.

First time visiting Lincoln, what a beautiful city. A hidden gem really. The Cathedral and its surrounding area is stunning. Skybarn Farm is the perfect location for visiting Lincoln and the many nearby attractions, including Woolsthorpe Manor where Sir Isaac Newton was born. The site is perfect in every way, fully serviced and level hardstanding pitches, well kept grass borders, security gates and information hut. The owners are very visible and Nicola is always around and about speaking to people. Also a handy stop for overnighters being only 10 minutes from the A1, however the area deserves a longer stay. £20 a night is great value. Electricity is metered and paid separately. We paid £20 for a 7 night stay in October. We could have stayed much longer. Will definitely return in future to Skybarn Farm.

Enjoyed a lovely short stay in a lovely part of Lincolnshire. Easy access from A46, and well located for Lincoln. Ideal if you have a dog with great walks on site around the working farm. The serviced pitches make life so much easier during your stay, and an information hut helps you plan your stay. Lovely welcome on arrival from Nicola, she also visited us before we left to wish us a safe journey. Definitely a site we will return to when visiting the area again.

Skybarn farm CL is a beautiful site located just off the A46 with easy access to Lincoln and other attractions. The pitches are all serviced and well kept. Information hut on site with lots of information about the local area. There is even a custom made Ordnance Survey map to borrow if you want to walk locally. The site boasts its own 2.5 km walk, ideal for walkers/dog walkers alike. Something I particularly like, having been on several occasions is the great communication with Nicola before you arrive. It means setting up on arrival, from midday, is seamless as you will have received the gate entrance code via email and you can proceed with pitching up immediately. Plenty of village pubs to visit and train station parking at nearby Hykeham is free for a leisurely day out in beautiful Lincoln

There is a bit of road noise at rush hours but other than that, very peaceful

We have just had a few days at Skybarn Farm CL.
The site itself is excellent, very well laid out with water, waste and electricity to each pitch, The pitches are level and generous in size.
Access to the site is very easy, a short distance from a major road.
The owner was very helpful with a welcoming visit to check that everything was ok.
The information room has lots of information and maps of things to do in the area.
There is a little road noise bur it didn't bother us at all.
If we came back to the area, we would definately consider Skybarns Farm.

Beautiful little campsite. Big, level, fully serviced pitches. Well stocked information hut. Friendly owners. Secure gates. Lovely walks from the site. Easy access to main road for visiting attractions in the area. Only very small downside is the road noise from A46 but we would visit again.
